1. Agreement

By using ReplyPilot Reviews (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

• The Service receives review notification emails you forward and generates suggested public replies for your review and approval.
• No auto-posting by default: you are responsible for reviewing and posting replies to third-party platforms.
• We may add or remove features and make improvements over time.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to generate or disseminate unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or access other users’ data.
• You must have the right to forward the emails and content you process with the Service.

4. Accounts & Security

• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or violations of these Terms.

5. Plans, Billing & Taxes

• Free plan includes a monthly quota (e.g., 50 reviews). Paid plans increase quotas and add features.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the current billing period ends.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Applicable VAT may be charged.
• We may change plan prices/features with reasonable notice.

6. Quotas & Fair Use

• We enforce monthly request quotas. If you exceed your quota, processing may pause until you upgrade or the period resets.
• To protect the Service, we may apply additional rate limits.

7. Content & Responsibility

• You are responsible for the content you forward and any replies you choose to publish.
• Owner notes are treated as private context and are not included verbatim in drafts; however, you should avoid including sensitive personal data in forwarded content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of suggestions generated by AI; always review before posting.

8. Intellectual Property

• We own the Service, software, logos, and site content. You own your data and final posted replies.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We act as a data controller for your account data and a processor for review content you submit, as applicable.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or €0 for free users).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.
• We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access if you violate these Terms or create unacceptable risk.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notices. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
