How to forward review emails

  1. In Gmail, go to Settings → Forwarding. Add your unique alias (we’ll email it to you).
  2. Create a filter with subject contains New review → forward to your alias.
  3. Optionally add private context inside your forwarded email using [[[NOTES]]] ... [[[/NOTES]]].

We’ll send you your alias and a quick test review email you can forward.

What you’ll receive

  • Summary, sentiment, topics
  • ⚠️ Red-flag notice if needed
  • Three reply drafts (concise / empathetic / detailed)
  • Private owner notes respected (never exposed)
